The 2021 Balance 4 Well-Being Rewards Program runs 2/1/21 through 11/5/21.

Employees who participated in the 2020 Program can use their same login credentials. If you cannot remember your login information, click on "Forgot Password" or contact Customer Service at 1-877-224-7117. New employees will need to register and create a new account to participate.

Recently hired? It may take up to 10 days before you're able to access the Balance 4 Well-being website. New hires and those newly eligible for coverage on or after September 1, 2021 will automatically receive an annual discount on their 2022 medical contributions.

IMPORTANT! If your spouse/domestic partner would like to participate in Balance 4 Well-Being, they will need to use the last four digits of your Social Security number to register.
Note: If you and your spouse/domestic partner both work for Sherwin-Williams, you'll each need to create your own account.
